Presented by The Columns Gallery @thecolumnsgallery at ASIA NOW 2019, Heri Dono is a contemporary Indonesian artist known for his inventive mAlange of traditional folk art with contemporary imagery. His paintings and installations draw on diverse sources, ranging from wayang kulit (shadow puppets) to Western pop culture to socio-political issues.
